Nitro and Protein Smoothie

This protein-packed treat is the perfect way to refuel after an intense workout or as an on-the-go meal replacement. Formulated with Korean ginseng and B vitamins, NingXia Nitro delivers sustained amounts of energy and alertness. Ingredients:

4 drops Lime essential oil
½ cup coconut water

1 tsp. flax seed
½ tsp. Blue Agave
1 cup cubed ice (optional)
Shredded coconut (optional)

Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency. If smoothie is too thick to blend, add additional coconut water.
